The Facilitator - Ann Epps

Ann is one of the originators and mentor trainers of the Technology of Participation (ToP) facilitation and strategic planning methods, processes used internationally. Ann has served as consultant, trainer, and facilitator to numerous organisations in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Cambodia, Laos, Mongolia, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Europe, and North America. She specializes in the areas of facilitator training, strategic thinking, customer service, teambuilding, communications, and leadership development. She is a founding member of the International Association of Facilitators and initial organiser of the Malaysia Facilitator Forum and Asia Facilitator Conferences. She is a Certified Professional Facilitator and a CPF Assessor as well as an inaugural member of the IAF Hall of Fame. Ann is a frequent presenter at IAF conferences, having conducted workshops at both the North American and European IAF conferences in 2015.
